About Me

I was born in Naples, Italy, and growing up I developed a strong passion for travelling and dancing. These two passions played a pivotal role in my life decisions – I studied ballet and contemporary dance in Naples, Italy and graduated with a degree in Languages and Arts from Orientale university in Naples.

Unwinding after a long day of teaching is so important. Even when we are tired, it’s essential to carve out 5-10 minutes for ourselves and roll out the mat. I feel revitalized afterward and enjoy my “cooling down” moments even more. You don’t want to end your day feeling exhausted, but rather in that pleasantly tired state that still allows you to dedicate time to your hobbies and little rituals for yourself. ❤️
